This is the 2019 summer movie for Kishiryu Sentai Ryusoulger. It is twin-billed with the summer movie for Kamen Rider Zi-Oi: Kamen Rider Zi-O: Over Quartzer!. It will feature the debut of Ryusoul Gattai Kishiryuzin.

Once this movie is complete and released in the world, the Earth will become the same environment as Yodonheim! Can the Kiramagers and Ryusoulgers stop this plan?!

In the peaceful Light City, Gong-chan and friends find unidentified merchants selling mini dinosaurs in front of the school. They are the villains who they thought were gone, Piggyback-dan! Using a time cube that can travel through time, the dinosaurs of the dinosaur age are brought to you by making mini-dinosaurs, and then they make them huge and attack the earth!

Taking place in between Shinkenger Acts 22 and 23, the Shinkengers battle the newly revived Kusare Gedoushu Aburame Manpuku and his army for three days. The wounded and tired Shinkengers nearly lose, had the Kusare Gedoushu not needed to regain energy by soaking in the Sanzu River. As their wounds are treated, Jii reveals they he has found the Secret Disk used by the first Shinken Red to seal Manpuku at the Genryu Temple, which lies in the middle of Kusare Gedoushu territory.

The Kiramagers face off against the witch Minjo, who controls dreams. The heroes experience the feeling of falling off a building, swimming with a giant gold fish, being shot by a gun that turns them into a puppet, and having a shaved ice maker over their head. With Juru’s insight, will the Kiramagers be able to escape from the crazy dreams?

The third and final film in the trilogy project called “Director's Cut”, which compiles the first Full Metal Panic! anime series.

In Big Time Movie, the guys must tap their inner spy as their adventure finds them driving exotic cars and jumping out of helicopters, while trying to make it to their first world tour concert on time.
